Once you place your order, you will be contacted via email (the Paypal email you used to order) to arrange a consultation time.

We will connect via video call, preferably using Google Meet (compatible with Apple and Android). Other options, such as Zoom, are available if needed.

This meeting allows me to learn about your pet and their daily environment and discuss what you have tried so far.

Seeing your home helps me tailor a plan that fits your home, dog, and schedule.

I will also provide suggestions on what products to use and how to eliminate potty odors from your home.

The call typically lasts between 30 to 45 minutes.

Follow-up Sessions:

We will schedule our next consultation to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

These follow-up calls are usually held weekly until your dog is no longer having accidents, typically taking 3 to 4 weeks.

Each follow-up session lasts about 15 minutes.

You can reach out to me between calls if needed.

I will provide you with a special contact number for this purpose, and I typically respond within 6 hours or by the next day if after hours.

Supplies:

All you really need is a collar and a leash but there are items that will make the process much easier for you and your doggo.

Specific supplies will be recommended to help your dog on this journey.

These items are readily available at local pet stores or on Amazon.

Depending on what you already have, you may opt to invest between $100 - $150 on optional supplies.
